A young boy on a ranch has wisdom beyond his years. It all started with a phone call from 13-year-old boy in Nebraska to a Christian radio station. Since then his story has spread around the world and millions have heard his words of faith and hope. Eternal hope, not the political kind. Gives you encouragement that maybe this country ain't going to hell in a handbasket after all. At least, not all of it.
The Merriam-Webster word of the day for March 9 is 'hector' as in: "In
Homer's Illiad, the Greek hero Achilles was questioned, reviled, and
criticized for his desecration of the body of his enemy Hector"
